I’ve got to tell you this story about a client of ours… A CEO of a large coaching and marketing company, he paints his working day as follows…

“Well, first thing in the morning, I get myself a cup of coffee, just turn on my automation software and reflect on my sales pipeline… it visually lays out where my business stands at that moment and shows me each opportunity at a certain pipeline stage. I’m regularly adding more pipeline automations and can literally run my entire business from my pipeline - I spend the first hour or two of each day reflecting and dragging n’ dropping.”
